Hi Bella! I’m Emily, a fellow T1D and yogi! I just read your story on Beyond Type 1 and was AMAZED about how similar our diagnosis stories are… Actually they are the same only I was diagnosed at 20. I’m 23 now and a registered yoga teacher bc like you yoga makes me feel whole and “normal” in a sense. Anyways, just wanted to reach out since it was cool to read about a fellow T1D yogi!
